About Brycen Wight

Brycen Wight is a Ventura County REALTOR® with RE/MAX Gold Coast and a member of the Ann Howarth Group. A third-generation Oxnard resident, he offers clients a strong local connection and a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods and lifestyle that make Ventura County unique.

Brycen’s real estate background began in Panama, where he worked with a successful investor assisting with deal analysis, marketing projects, and building a rural off-grid home. He later spent more than three years at Yardi Systems, gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry and learning from operators and professionals across the business.

As a former collegiate basketball player, Brycen brings a strong work ethic, discipline, and team-first mentality to his career. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Ventura County, providing honest guidance, clear communication, and a straightforward approach based on each client’s goals.
