About Andrea Chaffey

My lifelong passion for real estate began when I was a little girl. My father worked in the oil business, and it was a job that my family followed wherever it lead. Never spending more than 7 years in one place, I grew up accustomed to moving, creating living spaces, and enjoying the adventure of meeting new people in new communities.

I am an accomplished chef, connoisseur of food, yoga, fitness, the outdoors, and all things made with love.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Finance from Pepperdine University. With my corporate career taking me from hedge funds to exclusive resort management, I found my strengths in marketing and customer service. Taking a step back from corporate endeavors when my kiddos came along, I began to focus on my passions. My love of cooking took me to Le Cordon Bleu, after which I enjoyed the freedom of owning my own business as a private chef and caterer.

But Real Estate became my profession of choice after moving to Ventura County. I quickly gained traction in my career. It's been easy to sell homes in an area that I love so much, and I love the matchmaking process of finding my clients their new home.

My goal is to EXCEED your expectations from the moment you begin working with me. I excel in hospitality and comfort. I can easily hone in on specific tastes to save you precious time and energy in your home search. I know how to make a house feel like a home, and have the drive and ability to market it to the right people to optimize your sale.
